There is nothing better than being in the city with your loved one. The weather was beautiful on Anais' birthday so we just went out for a walk and ended up in a a nearby park that faced all of Manhattan (we were on the Hoboken side of Jersey.) Anais needs to be warm- after all, she is from the caribbean. She was happy to have the sun out that day.

The comedy club was okay. Some of the comedians were funny but none left you hysterically laughing for hours. All drinks were so expensive and probably left everyone broke by the end of the night- that's how these clubs make their moolah.

I'm so sad though. I left Anais in New York with her sister and I'm now in Boston, getting ready for my law school interviews I guess. We'll see how things go. My prayers are with the mission group that is in Mississippi right now- I'm sure they're having an amazing experience over there. Can't wait to hear about the trip.
